Putting My Passion
to Work
My husband Ken and I have called Morden our home for 30 years. It’s where we raised our four children, and since then, our family has grown to include an "adopted" daughter, two daughters- and a son-in-law, and three grandchildren. I take my responsibility to my family seriously, and I am passionate about ensuring Morden continues to be a place where families thrive and young people have bright futures.
In 2023, after 35 years in healthcare as a nurse, I answered another call to community service as a Councillor for the City of Morden. Receiving 60% of the vote, it was clear that the citizens of Morden agreed with my mandate:
Transparency. Efficiency. Advocacy.
RESULTS.
As Mayor, I will insist on these values: Advocacy for Morden at all levels of government, radical Transparency in council business, and Efficiency through trusted partners and evidence-based decisions.
RESULTS are my top priority. Getting critical projects done matters to the future of our city.
