The Stanley Community Pathway is nearing its fundraising finish line, propelled by a wave of enthusiastic local donations. The highly anticipated regional active transportation trail will create a vital physical link connecting Winkler, Morden, and the RM of Stanley.

Prominent Giving and Enthusiasm

Among the key local contributors helping push the project to completion are Brenda and Ken Klassen, who stepped forward with critical financial backing as soon as construction became a reality.

The Klassens shared their deep passion for the collaborative multi-community project, highlighting how eagerly they wanted to be a part of its legacy:

“We support safe active transportation and gladly contributed toward this project. We have enjoyed this type of pathway in many other communities and are so pleased that our communities have collaborated. We wanted to be part of that.”
